Public records and account data are separate
Official source records determine published competition results. Adult contact requests remain private and separate from those records.
Account registration
Accounts are for adults age 18 and older. Use your own name and email. Keep athlete identities, contact details and schedules in authorized team records.
Minimum necessary data
When activated, signup will use name, email, account type, confirmation status and the accepted terms version. A coach or program connection request uses the adult contact's name, email, state or region, role, experience, discipline, goal, optional request note, consent version, and submission time. Operational submissions may also include an approved adult contact, organization, range, event, or program information.
A team-launch request uses the organizer's name, email, state or region, adult role, optional organization, launch stage, intended disciplines, an approximate athlete-count band, optional support note, consent version, and submission time. Official SCTP registration takes place in the SHOT system. Athlete records, waivers, medical information, and identifying details must remain in the official authorized registration process.
Connection requests and public forms use a private, one-way network fingerprint for abuse prevention. Free-text fields accept adult contact and program information only.
Roles and permissions
The service verifies and assigns coach, range manager, editor and administrator permissions.
Athlete information
- A parent or legal guardian manages contact concerning a minor.
- Athlete profiles belong in official program systems.
- Use the responsible organization’s process for athlete records and corrections.
- Keep a guardian or authorized organization included in communication.
- Report safety concerns through the responsible club or governing organization.
Questions and corrections
Until a dedicated privacy contact channel is published, use the source or organization contact shown beside the relevant public record and identify the specific item that needs review. Keep the initial message limited to the record reference and the adult requester’s details.
